Train for the next wall
Start with the Click to gain Strength instruction, then train in the yellow Auto Train area near the hub. Watch your Strength counter as you go. Aim for enough Strength to make progress on the next wall; a large counter is less helpful if you have no reason to use it yet.
Breaking walls, travelling and earning income each need different upgrades. When you can reach a wall easily but struggle to break it, work on Strength. Check your equipment before spending on Speed or another system that does not address the delay.
Finish the manual starter objective
The tutorial displays Click to gain Strength with progress toward a target. Use the input requested by the game and watch that objective fill. Once the instruction changes, move on to the Forest Wall rather than staying at the starter task indefinitely.
The early tutorial displays a target of 100. Treat that as the tutorial milestone, not a universal wall requirement or a Strength cap. Later progression uses its own wall health and Rebirth requirements, which you should read at the point where you need them.
If the counter does not change, first check that you are performing the training action rather than an Egg interaction. Confirm the character is holding the equipment you intend to use. A blocked wall and an unfinished training objective are separate checks; do not diagnose both from a single number on the screen.
Locate the yellow Auto Train area
Look for the yellow outlined area labelled Auto Train near the hub and base plots. Enter it and check the Strength counter to confirm your training is progressing. Keep the counter visible long enough to see the change before leaving to test a wall.
Use a short comparison session when you change equipment. Note the starting Strength, train for the same length of time, then compare the gain with your previous session. Keep any paid Strength boosts consistent while comparing. Changing a dumbbell and activating a boost together makes it hard to tell which purchase produced the improvement.
Another player’s huge counter tells you little about what to expect from a starter session. Equipment and paid products can change Strength gains. Measure your own gain and read the current shop offer. The title’s +1 wording does not fix every training rate throughout the game.
Choose a useful training session
| Situation | Next action | What to watch |
|---|---|---|
| The first objective is unfinished | Continue manual training | Tutorial progress |
| A wall is taking too long | Train, then return to test it | Strength gained and wall progress |
| Cash is available for equipment | Inspect the Dumbbells Shop | Displayed Strength rate and purchase currency |
| You have just accepted Rebirth | Rebuild Strength before another difficult trip | Current counter and next target |
| Another Egg is incubating | Use the waiting period for training | Its countdown and your Strength |
Stop the session to do something with the gain: break the next useful wall, collect an Egg, or meet a requirement you have actually read. Training and collection support each other. More Strength opens access; hatched Animals supply Cash for later upgrades.
Check equipment before buying a boost
The Dumbbells Shop displays equipment and Strength rates, with Cash or Robux offers. Compare those offers with your current dumbbell. Choose a purchase that addresses slow Strength gain, then check that the intended equipment is in use before judging the result.
Treat paid boosts as optional purchases when planning your training. A Robux product is not a tutorial step you forgot to complete. Follow the starter training and first collection sequence on your own save; you do not need to match the spending in a boosted showcase.
For equipment comparisons, continue to the dumbbell guide. If your Strength is increasing but the first route is unclear, use the Forest Wall guide.
FAQ
Where is Auto Train?
Look near the hub and base plots for the yellow outlined area with the Auto Train label. Enter it and confirm that your Strength counter changes.
Is 100 Strength the maximum?
No. That number is shown in the starter training objective. Read later wall and Rebirth requirements separately instead of treating the tutorial target as a cap.
Does more Speed make training stronger?
Speed is a movement upgrade. When the problem is slow Strength gain, inspect your training action, dumbbell and active Strength offers rather than buying movement for that purpose.
Why does another player gain much more Strength?
Compare equipment and paid boosts before comparing counters. Use a consistent training period on your own save to measure the effect of an upgrade.
What should I do after Rebirth?
Rebuild Strength. The Rebirth menu warns that Strength resets, so return to training and check your next wall or requirement before heading into another collection trip.
